Hi, I’m Dean, Owner of Reliable Air. I’m the technician that shows up when you call us, and I take full responsibility for making sure every job is done right. I’ve been in the HVAC industry since 2002 and bring that experience to every call. I’m based in Sunman, and provide service to Ripley, Dearborn and Franklin counties.
I’m also teaching my daughter the trade. She currently works for me part time, learning how to diagnose issues, perform repairs correctly, and treat customers with respect. Passing those skills to her is one of the best parts of running this business, and it keeps me focused on doing work we can both be proud of.
My business model is simple: provide the highest quality service at the lowest possible cost. I don’t pay sales commissions, because I don’t employ salesmen. I’m a technician, and I approach every job with that mindset. My focus is to solve problems, not to sell products.
